| 返品・交換 / Returns | 毎月その月のために作る紙の品のため、お客さま都合の返品はお受けしていません。発送日から6週間たっても届かない場合はご連絡ください。住所を確認のうえ、その月の分を1回お送りし直します。お住まいの国の消費者法によるお客さまの権利には影響しません。/ Each letter is a paper item made for one month, so we don't accept returns for change of mind. If your letter hasn't arrived six weeks after the mailing date, contact us; once we've checked your address, we'll send one replacement for that month.
