Thank you for visiting and shopping at Shu Art Studio! We want to make sure you have all the information regarding how your products are delivered.

1. Digital Products (PDF Coloring Books)

All digital products are available for instant download immediately after your purchase is completed. You will receive a download link on the order confirmation page, and a copy will be sent to your email. There is no shipping fee or waiting time!

2. Physical Books (Printed Paperbacks)

To ensure premium print quality, our physical books are printed on-demand through our trusted partner, Lulu Direct. Please note the following timeline:

  • Printing & Processing: It typically takes 3 to 5 business days for your book to be printed, bound, and prepared for shipment.
  • Standard Shipping: Shipping times depend on your location.
    • United States: Approximately 5 to 10 business days.
    • Other Countries: Shipping times and rates vary by destination. (If you would like a precise shipping estimate for your country, please feel free to contact us!)

🔄 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your creative journey. However, due to the nature of our products, we have the following rules:

1. Digital Downloads

Due to the instant-download nature of digital PDFs, we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once the files have been downloaded. If you experience any technical difficulties with your download, please reach out to us, and we will resolve it immediately.

2. Physical Books

Since our books are printed on-demand, we only accept returns or replacements under the following circumstances:

  • The book arrives damaged.
  • There is a noticeable printing or binding defect.

If you receive a defective or damaged book, please email us with a clear photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you free of charge.
